PREORDER INFO:
We are holding preorders from Taiwan auction sites and each preorder will take approximately 1-3 months to complete due to restocking of items, shipping time and others. Please join only if you are comfortable with the waiting.

ORDER INFO:

• Please make sure all the information in your order is correct.
• All payments have to be in before the payment deadline.
• No cancellation or changing of orders after the preorder is closed.
• For any refund due to OOS item, it will be done after the other items from that preorder have arrived to avoid any confusion.

ITEM INFO:
We are not liable if..

• the sellers send the wrong items in the event that the fault is not due to us.
• if the mail is lost/damaged in transit from the sellers to us and us to you. We will get registered mail from the sellers and ensure all outgoing mails are packaged securely.
• the items turned out differently (eg. size, colour, quality, material etc) from the images/details provided by the sellers.

OTHERS

• Status updates of the preorder will be done on its entry and through emails.
• All goods sold here are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
• We reserve the rights to cancel or close the preorder anytime. For any refund due to cancelled preorder, it will be done asap.
